The Administrative Services entails the following:

  • Guide and assist the Board in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Organize Board of Directors, annual and special meetings of Owners, including preparation of notices, agendas and other necessary documents.
  • PMG Commercial will assist in the administration of the provisions of the Declaration (CC&R's), By-laws, rules and regulations, policies, minutes of the meetings, copies of contracts, etc.
  • Assist and provide Board member training, strategic planning and guide the Board through the transition processes.
  • Attend in resolving individual Owner requests as they pertain to the administration of the Association, its common elements and governing "Rules and Regulations."
