The CC&R Restriction Services entails the following:

  • PMG Commercial will physically inspect the property, review, record and monitor CC&R violations on a monthly basis.
  • PMG Commercial will coordinate and assist in the administrative and secretarial functions of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), including preparation of standard architectural applications, correspondence with the ARC to assist in their functions.
