The Physical Management Services entails the following:

  • On behalf of the Association, PMG Commercial will supervise any Association employee required for the operation and maintenance of the property.
  • PMG Commercial will negotiate and execute, on behalf of the Association, contracts for landscaping, sanitation services and other services as may be necessary and advisable.

    PMG Commercial will provide the knowledge and information to design specifications for almost any type of work to be done in the Association property. PMG has compiled an extensive "preferred vendor" listing that is constantly updated. When the need arises, we will obtain as many bids the Board requires to make an informed decision.
